Bill Peterson, owner of the STRIKE ONE decided to accommodate 4th time regulars, Bob Kupczak from Chicago and Pete Peterson from Detroit instead of participating in the WBS.  He feels that return clients are the essence of the charter business and they ascertain that we are doing a good job.  This party took the STRIKE ONE for 3 1/2 days.  Both Bob and Pete are catch and release fishermen that travel to Cabo, Venezuela, Costa Rica and Panama and feel strongly that Puerto Vallarta compares favorably with all of these top destinations. 

On the first day Bob and Pete caught and released 3 Sails and caught one Dorado and 4 medium sized Yellow-fin Tuna.  The second day produced one Sailfish that was released and 3 Dorado.  On the third day, they hooked a 350 pound Marlin that they did not release because it took a line that was rigged for Wahoo.  Two hooks were embedded in the stomach of the fish and it's chances were nil.  They also brought in a 250 pound Tuna and 5 Dorado.  Even the serious guys like to try their hand at bottom fishing so on the 4th day this duo stayed close in and caught 3 Roosterfish and 4 Red Snappers.
